We stand behind every Nura® Ring.

What's covered

Your Nura® Ring is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. If it fails under normal use because of a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, scratches and normal cosmetic wear
• Damage from misuse, disassembly or unauthorized repair
• Water exposure beyond the ring's stated 5 ATM rating
• Lost or stolen items, and normal battery aging over time

How to make a claim

Email info@nuraring.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll guide you through the next steps and, if eligible, arrange a repair or replacement.
