Order processing

Orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 8–14 days. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with destination, carrier load and customs processing.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States. If international shipping is available for your region, the option and rate will appear at checkout.

Delays

We work hard to meet every estimate, but high demand, weather and customs can occasionally cause minor delays. Thank you for your patience if that happens.
