60-day returns

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, the item should be in like-new condition with its original packaging, along with your order number or proof of purchase.

Free size exchanges

Not the right fit? Size exchanges are free within 60 days. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap so you get the size that fits.

How to start a return

Email info@nuraring.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll reply with simple instructions and the return address. Please don't ship items back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is tracked correctly.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and for change-of-mind refunds the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo — the fix is on us.

Exceptions

Final-sale or clearance items and gift cards can't be returned. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask.
